I co-lead Financing within the Corporate and Investment Banking division of an international bank, sharing responsibility for P&L, products, sales and operations. My focus is building an AI-native bank from the inside, starting with Financing.

I do my best work when a technology shift makes the existing operating model obsolete. I go deep enough to form an independent view, give the organization a language for the shift and turn it into a working system.

Earlier in my career, I moved from information security into software engineering, co-founded a venture-backed startup as CTO, and rebuilt a fragmented product portfolio inside a large bank. Financing is the largest, most consequential and inspiring transformation I have taken on: rebuilding one of the core businesses of a major financial institution around an AI-native operating model:

- We have implemented generalist product-engineering model built around end-to-end ownership across every engineering team, and are now scaling it across the bank.
- We built an agentic delivery system that produces software changes with testing and verification built in.
- We are systematically turning consequential human-in-the-loop decisions into reusable organizational context.

Verification, inference economics and organizational design for an agentic world are among the problems I work on.

Ultimately, P&L is the scorecard. AI adoption, in and of itself, - is not a business outcome to us.
